Once development of products has been done, the development phase then comes to a finish

The product should be tested in different environments such as retail stores, malls, laboratories, and other public places before being introduced in real life. The manufacturing phase is also important in the development of products.

Here, the company would come up with ways of manufacturing the products by creating them in large batches in large facilities. By doing this, the product is distributed to various manufacturers and distributors and it would reach the end consumer at a quicker rate.

Supply is the last stage of logistics and supply chain management

In this stage, the companies will provide the goods to their clients. It is also the most vital part of all stages. After a company has successfully manufactured the product and provided it to their clients, they will then hand over the finished product to retailers or their end-users.

As we have mentioned above, logistics and supply chain management are necessary for the company’s success because it determines the efficiency and reliability of its products and services. This system involves various steps in the process and therefore, it also requires a lot of skills and experience of company staff who are skilled in handling different parts of the organization.
